      Jiang** was a 15-year-old male patient of congenital scoliosis. His body and both upper limb were asymmetric. The patient underwent the posterior fusion orthopaedics with pedicle srcew fixation under the general anesthesia. The deformity of scoliosis was to rectify completely. The effect of the operation to rectify the deformity was satisfied. The buttock was symmetric.
