    Yin*was a patient of congenital scoliosis. Before the operation, her body and both upper limb were asymmetric. The three-dimensional CT indicated that several vertebral bodies of T1¡¢T2 and L1-L4 had severe hypoplasia and half- vertebral plate deformity. On June.20th 2005,the patient underwent the posterior fusion orthopaedics with the TRSH fixation under the general anesthesia. The both upper limb and scapula were symmetric. The walking posture was obviously advanced.
